Fiesta fun...

It's Friday night, I've got my remote (ok, Noah has my remote) I'm home safe and comfy, and ready for some HGTV and some snuggling...

Life is good indeed....

5 days of... humm?

Well, I am off for the next 5 days, that's the nice thing about working part-time, we can have vacations all the time! 

Believe me, I could and should stay busy, my house seems to have turned into a life project.... THAT NEVER ENDS...  I get so frustrated with myself because I can't ever seem to stay focused long enough to accomplish very much along the lines of cleaning or organizing my home.  It's pretty shameful actually, and I can tell my husband gets completely irritated with me... hummmmm... 

So unfortunately, this does make me feel terribly guilty about what I plan on doing tomorrow, just a little bit though!  You see, one of the things that I absolutely LOVE to do, sometimes I even fantasize about it is...  are you ready...  to open up my whole house, let the cold air run through it (winter/spring/or fall fantasy of course) and take a nap with my snuggly blanket on my bed...  Unfortunately for me, I can count the times on one hand that this has actually happened...

Sigh...

My fault, I know, because I over commit myself...  BUT, you see...  Texas is experiencing an unusual cool front, in fact, the news said that it has never been this cool this far into spring... EVER, like it is a real FIRST...  so, tomorrow... I will go take my lil' honey to school, wait for my big honey to leave for work, open up all the windows and put on my fuzzy PJ's and take a nap...  Who am I to not see this 'First ever' Texas spring cold front as not being a sign from up above that God wants me to...  dream a little...

Here are my handsome guys!  Noah asked TJ to be his First Communion Sponser, and I am so very proud of him, such a wonderful moment and TJ was really honored.  He loves his cousin and they are the best of buds lately.  Nothing makes me happier than to see the bond they have with eachother. 

 

We had a heck of a morning trying to get to church, Noah woke up with a stomach bug, TJ wasn't feeling good and we really thought we might not make it, but for that hour...all was well...

 

Thank you Jesus for our blessings!

I know, you love the fact that NONE of my bedding matches, flowers stripes, we got a little bit of everything, I absolutely love watching my honey sleep, and I dread the day when he doesnt want to snuggle with mom anymore.

 

They grow much too fast and these moments are so very precious.

My sister treated me to a mani, pedi and full face wax...  Did it hurt...  HECK YA!!!

We celebrated Kyle's Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation Easter weekend...  It was a wonderful service.
