Looking out the window.....

Clouded thoughts...

It has been a crazy last few days.... seriously.... and as I sit here updating my blog on the official first day of summer break I am listening to my favorite song... "Oh how he loves us" by the David Crowder Band... and all the worry and stress and frustration.... anxiety and pettiness of life situations melts away.... how could they not...

HE LOVES US! ... and oh HOW he loves us, more than anything of this world, totally and completely and absolutely nothing can change that or means more than that...

....and I don't have time to maintain these regrets when I think about how he loves us...

so rather than pour out the worries of my heart which was my intention when I logged on, I will place them most gently at the feet of Jesus and get busy counting my blessings...

you should do the same!

and we are His portion and He is our prize drawn to redemption by the grace in His eyes...

It's summer time baby!!!

There's 77 days of summer vacation
And school comes along just to end it
So the annual problem for our generation
Is finding a good way to spend it

Like maybe...
Building a rocket
Or fighting a mummy
Or climbing up the Eiffel Tower

Discovering something that doesn't exist (Hey! )
Or giving a monkey a shower
Surfing tidal waves
Creating nanobots
Or locating Frankenstein's brain (It's over here! )

Finding a dodo bird
Painting a continent
Or driving your sister insane (Phineas! )

As you can see
There's a whole lot of stuff to do
Before school starts this fall (Come on Perry)
